Storm from the garden diet has an e-book about it,do you have the e-book?I'm thinking in buying it but I have no idea if it works.It is too much fruit,sugar,and I've heard that it is hard on your teeth.What do you think? Re: Orange juice fast/flush.Have you done that ?

Date: December 05, 2007 04:24AM I've done it for 2 weeks. I didn't follow any "E Book", I just juiced oranges and drank it. It's a popular thing on Curezone.com so you might want to ask in those forums.
I've done the master cleanse which is worse for sugar. With high sugar fasts, basically means you're getting your energy rushes from the sugar. It works like any other fast though, same benefits. If you're worried about your teeth just use a straw to bypass them or brush them afterwards. Re: Orange juice fast/flush.Have you done that ?
