Date: April 18, 2008 04:11PM Watching that video I was thinking what a handful of strawberries or raspberries would do for it. With or without them, yum!
Has anyone else found that it helps to shave the top of the coconut? I've never done that, and have never had a problem. Does it make cracking it easier or cleaner? Re: How to Make a Young Coconut Smoothie Video!

Date: April 19, 2008 12:49PM I've never shaved them. The outside material isn't hard and if you're using enough force to crack the shell, the resistance of the outside matter is negligible. Re: How to Make a Young Coconut Smoothie Video!
