A delicious recipe, I thought. I have made it Sprouting is easy. I just use a big bowl, soak overnight, rinse, and cover with a paper towel. Then rinse two times a day for a few days. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/11/2006 04:58AM by Petals. Re: raw pancakes

1 cups raw almonds nuts. (soak 12 hours) 2 bananas 1/3 cup water ½ tsp. cinnamon Mix nuts, water, cinnamon and bananas in blender and blend well. Pour onto teflex sheets, small rounds about ¼ inch thick and place in dehydrator. Dehydrate at 100 degrees for 12 hours. Then remove from teflex sheet, turn over and dehydrate for two more hours. Yummy! Re: raw pancakes

Date: March 09, 2007 09:13PM There's a similar recipe in Rhio's book using brazil nuts - I think they're called Brazil Nut Wafers. They also make good pancakes. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
