cleaning fruit and veggies

Date: December 02, 2006 09:19PM I know the answer is probably on this site somewhere but what is the best way to clean/wash fruits and veggies. I'm dumping them in water with a few drops of Lugols Iodine for now, a leftover from a Hulda Clarke protocol but I know there are other better ways. I read on another post that you can spray hydrogen peroxide and cider vinegar on them? What about those vegetable washes you can buy at the health food store?
