I don't usually eat the common cabbage kimchi, because it's fish saucy with added flour and sugar... there are all different kinds of kimchi, though- keep experimenting! (I prefer making my white cabbage into cole slaw). You are using napa cabbage/chinese cabbage, right? Re: kim chee

I tried it again sort of combining the various recipes harvested from the net, it worked! (I did use regular cabbage). I do so love the stuff!! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
