Crunchy crackers?

Does anyone have a dehydrated cracker recipe, or tips, they would like to share?

I've tried a couple of cracker recipes and they were not good. Kind of chewy and the flavor not great. My son is a big cracker fan and I'd like to let him have some tasty homemade goodies.

Thanks!
Emily

For all kinds of dehydrated things, I've found the best way to get a good crunch is to start with pieces as thin as you can without falling apart. This has held true for the raw tortilla chips I've made (spread as thinly as possible on the dehydrator sheet), and the eggplant marinara chips I made this past weekend (use very thin slices). Since dehydrated foods are not really the best raw foods you can eat anyway, this way you get better crunch and more fun without eating as much of the stuff.
