Nut butters from soaked/sprouted nuts...

Has anyone ever made nut butter from soaked or sprouted nuts? I'd like to try it and see how it comes out... will probably do it in a blender or mortar and pestle without adding oil...

I have not made this myself, but I have had some nut butter made by a friend. I love the stuff! You can get a recipe in the book, Rawsome.
