Date: October 23, 2008 12:44PM I sprout mung, adzuki and lentils together for two to three days (soak for 12 hours first), rinsing them 2-3 times a day. I put them in raw soups and salads and eat them like popcorn (I have even put nutritional yeast and a little Celtic salt or garlic salt on them! But I like them best plain).
