Date: December 31, 2007 06:37PM I have an intolerance to gluten but I would LOVE to make a sprouted grain loaf. I can not eat wheat, oats, barley, rye, etc. Also I cannot eat soy.
I CAN eat legumes, quinoa, amaranth, flax, brown rice... The raw loaf recipes I see are always based on sprouted wheat, but I know a lot of ya'll don't like to eat gluten even if you are not a celiac like me! Anyone have a recipe for me???? Thanks! :-) Re: gluten free loaf??

Date: January 03, 2008 09:09PM I'm too lazy to sprout wheat for the bread/raw pizza base recipes etc so I make the flax-based onion bread (mixed with red peppers and things)... did you want me to post it or was it specifically a sprouted recipe you wanted? Re: gluten free loaf??

Where did you find some corn-based bread recipes? Can you share? Actually, I need to look through some of the 'gourmet' raw recipe books I have. They might have some. Thanks. Patty Re: gluten free loaf??
