Date: May 21, 2008 03:34PM Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some recipes for fat-free salad dressings. I'm having trouble with olive oil based dressings right now, They're just too oily even when I cut the oil in half. I have wonderful recipes that are nut based, but would really like to add nut- and oil-free dressings to my diet right now. Thanks, Mona If I have the courage to begin, I have the courage to succeed. Lemon, Grapefruit or Orange juice from Frederic Patenaude`s " Instant Raw Sensations" Non-fat mango dressing: I cup tomato, 1 cup mango, 2-3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup water, blend them all together. Re: fat-free salad dressings

i findif yer not using some sort of oil ..then some sort of citrus seems to make it dressy .. like i'll use cherry juice and mandarin orange juice and pulp or pomengranate and grapefruit or blueberry and lemon try some combos of things ...you might find you discover something amazing ! and dont be afraid to experiment .. just dont dump the whole thing on yer salad till ya gotta little taste first so you dont ruin it ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: fat-free salad dressings

the other idea is to just blend your entire salad then it will be "juicy" ier Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
