Date: November 01, 2008 03:48AM After I got the book I started eating 80/10/10 a week ago and am loving it!!!! The dressings that I have tried have been delish! I never thought a green salad could taste so good without added oil.
Any ideas you could share for salad dressing recipes that are 80/10/10 friendly would be much appreciated. If anyone has Dr. Grahams recipe book how do you like it? Thanks! Denise Re: Any 80/10/10 salad dressing recipes out there?

Date: November 02, 2008 06:05AM I add fruit to my salads as the dressing. I also put on nutritional yeast (which isn't raw, but is still good and very tasty!). Re: Any 80/10/10 salad dressing recipes out there?

Date: December 15, 2008 02:03AM I'm not 811 but I make a dressing that fits with it. I scoop the pulp from several tomatoes and mix it with lemon or lime juice (you can also use orange juice) and chop herbs such as basil or parsley into it. If I leave it for half an hour the herb flavours tend to come out a little more and add and extra zing. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
