subsitution question and great recipe website

Date: January 29, 2009 04:01PM Hi, I am new to raw foods and have been incorporating them into my diet. Looking at the different recipes, I see that you can mimic foods like cheese, bread, desserts, etc using nuts and seeds. I would like to do that, but nuts and seeds are high in arganine and I am trying to avoid high arganine foods. Is there anything else I can use that would produce similar results?
Also, I don't know if it has been brought up already, but I found this wonnderful recipe site that I would like to share with you. It has a lot of things that look incredibly yummy!
