What's in your favourite wrap?

Was looking at wrap recipes made with Nori. Does anyone have a favourite that's not to high in fat or even one made with a bit of fruit?

Lettuce, any kind of sprouts, some spicy, garlicky pepper blend, a little avo, green onion and carrots. Maybe daikon, too.

Hi! This isn't exactly a response to your question re "nori" wraps, but it is about wraps in general. In case you or anyone didn't know a fantastic forum, here is a spot that has a whole section of wraps: [www.rawfreedomcommunity.info]

I only just discovered this forum within last couple of months and now go there a lot! It has a general recipe section and then one broken down by types. The one above is the "Breads, Crackers and Wraps" one.

I didn't see a nori one there, however.

Nori-related ...

1. I'm really eager to try those nori snacks that seem to have popped up recently (at least to me <g>winking smiley. I did find those elsewhere at the raw freedom community:

2. Nori Rolls with Pecan Paté: [gliving.tv]

Enjoy!
