Ginger-Mint Grape Leaves Red Bell Pepper 1 diced Fresh Mint handfull/to taste chopped Ginger one 'finger'/to taste chopped Sheep Cheese 2 oz. chopped Lemon a slice squeezed Black Pepper a dash ground Olive Oil a dash Grape Leaves 1 ea. Instructions: Combine all the ingredients, except for the grape leaves, in a bowl. After everything is mixed, spoon into a flat grape leaf, roll, and eat! *confession: for me, this evening, it was a part raw/part transition recipe. The sheep cheese was not raw. But, everything else was. And, of course you can do this with raw cheese. Or none at all! It was TASTY TASTY TASTY! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
