there isn't any bragg liquid Amino in this part of the world ,and I need this ingrediant for making vegetarian recipes ,can I make bragg liquid Amino myself.any one knows the combination of Bragg Liquid Amino? or do you suggest any substitutable ingrediant. Date: January 21, 2011 10:41PM Yeah, let's really break this down. If something has glutamic acid, it's NOT the same as lab-created MSG, no? I keep hearing this stuff about both Bragg's and sea veggies and I think we need to differentiate between them...Actually, my local Whole Foods really upped the price on Bragg's and I tried Trader Joe's soy sauce, which was really pure and from Japan (had wheat). I prefer Bragg's. The flavor isn't as strong. Not as much sodium, either. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
