Raw Savory Veggie Stew Recipes?

Date: May 06, 2011 07:52AM I recently came across some information about raw veggie stews created by Roger Haeske. I heard they are delicious, chunky vegetable soups that use non-bitter greens combined with chunky vegetables (blended on low speed) and herbs/spices. He does not use salt, nuts, oil, or other fats.
Supposedly, Roger's recipes are the best versions of savory green smoothies out there (although Frederic Patenaude's Instant Raw Sensations come pretty close from what I hear) I've been having cooked food cravings in the evenings recently, and the raw veggie stews are supposed to help a lot there. Roger's recipes are really pricey, though. Has anyone tried a recipe from his book that they would like to share, or has someone made anything similar that tastes really good? Date: May 06, 2011 12:37PM The best recipes I know of are at the sunny raw kitchen blog or Russell James. jennifer Cornbleat's stuff is nice too, very simple.
Although you can purchase their books all 3 of them offer tons of recipes for free. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
