Hi.
Wanted to suggest an interesting drink:
Put cantaloupe chunks in a blender ,add heaping spoon of lecithin granules, and some nutmeg .
Blend until smooth.
It actually tastes like egg nog.
Try it.

I forgot to put the lecithin in but i made two cantaloupe smoothies with just a half a cantaloupe and maybe 6 big ice cubes and a big squirt of agave syrup. Awesome. . . It's good with papaya like that too.

wow - it's so sweet anyway - why do you add the agave syrup?

Interestingly I find that my throat burns a bit after I drink a huge glass of melon juice - I have been juicing the skin and pips too. Today I peeled the melon and I didn't have a sore throat so I reckon it's something in the skin.

The lecithin will give it a very oily milky texture.
Try it.
