Date: February 10, 2012 01:30AM Ok, the pate is hiding under all the shredded veggies and cheezey sauce, lol.
Sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds with red pepper, spinach, carrots, dill, lemon, tamari, paprika, parsley, a smidgen of nutritional yeast. Covered with slivered red pepper, cucumbers, shredded carrots and spinach. The sauce is soaked cashews and macademias with onion powder, chili powder, nutritional yeast, lemon and sea salt. We made some nori rolls with it too, very tasty. Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 02/10/2012 01:32AM by coco. Re: Yum, pate!

Date: April 22, 2012 05:35PM XD THIS just gave me some GREAT ideas. This is a great way to make myself eat the loose thin greens. I really prefer the thick (filling?) vegetables, but there's just not very many of them - and a lot of them aren't very nutrient-dense (honestly, what is the point of potatoes). And for someone who is gluten-free and vegan, an aversion to leaf vegetables just isn't going to work out. This shredded confetti on a leaf wrap seems like something I could make myself do as a part of most meals. Thanks!
