ice cream maker

Date: July 11, 2012 05:40PM would like to get a good ice cream maker, was thinking of the cuisinart, but the bowl holding the food is made of aluminum with a coating of a nonstick material called xylon or xylan...anyone know about this material, and of an alternative that would be a healthier material for holding food? thanks, virginia Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
