Date: July 21, 2006 11:56PM Im new to raw foods, so how do I prepare raw veggies? Washing them is not enough right? I usually buy from local supermarkets, eg. Albertsons, Ralphs, or Henry's Markets. Re: New to raw veggie diet.. How to prepare them?

Date: August 24, 2006 06:42AM Sometimes people can't always find organic or there is no Farmers market in their town(that's me) I am lucky enough to have a Henerys but everything is not organic. I had to buy conventional cilantro today(at Henery's) because there was not any organic cilantro even available. Also organic can be just to darn expensive for some folks. There are veggie washes that are better than nothing if you can't buy organic. Trader Joes or even your local Safeway has them. Re: New to raw veggie diet.. How to prepare them?

If you had an expensive alkalizer, that would work well. Therese Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
