See also previous "freebies" in this same Topic.

Here is a recipe for Mayonnaise made with Tofu:
6 ounces of drained, pressed Tofu
1.75 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice,
1.75 tablespoons of canola, grapeseed, or extra virgin olive oil,
3/8ths teaspoon of salt (I prefer Redmond's),
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper,
and, if you like (or appreciate) garlic, add 1 small, peeled and crushed sliver of garlic and let your blender do the rest.

For a hotter one, add some cayenne powder to taste and tolerance. Manolie

I really like the way the recipes are laid out. Very easy to follow, even for a newbie like me!

So awesome! I'm excited to try all of this! Thank you for turning me on to new recipes. I have only been raw for a week and I LOVE it! I'm about 98% raw, 2% for the occasional bite of spelt tortilla when my stomach feel acidic.

Looks great. I ordered a case of the kelp noodles and can't wait for them to arrive.
