a quarter of any melon (golden honeydew is the best)
1 banana
cacao nibs (or organic cocoa powder for those not %100)

blend. it's absolutely incredible!

Wish I could try it but blending melons with any other fruit beyond melons is a digestive no no. Thanks though. I hope someone else tries it and let's us know what they think.

I tried a whole melon in the smoothie maker the other day and I was so surprised at how thick it came out.....Lovely stuff!

HI there....it is the food combining that is a no no...melon digests very fastly 15-30 minutes..whereas other fruits take longer and so when you mix them the fruit starts to ferment in the digestive system....Melon is the fasting digestive fruit so it is always supposed to be eaten alone!!
