What did you take to your last potluck that was very easy to make in quantity yet didn't cost a lot of money? I'd like to find 2 such recipes, if possible. Just curious what others have made.

Thanks! smiling smiley

The blueberry jello, is that it re the ingredients? You just blend up blueberries, put them in moulds and then into fridge and that's it? Wow, that sounds right up my alley. But how to transport them by bus to the potluck? I'm not sure I have enough small moulds.

Does anyone have any suggestions re the moulds and transporting?

That is all, maybe a coolbox??

you could do a raw style "trifle" even.. "whipped cream" layer, fruits...little nuts on top....

I've brought a variety of fruit dishes, sometimes even just the fruit alone. Puddings work well. Just throw something together with whatever you have or is the least expensive.

Also, any type of pate or dip or salad.
