Date: July 25, 2014 06:28PM I'm currently on a diet to treat my candida and am will be reintroducing tomatoes soon (which I am absolutely THRILLED about -- it has been two months since I've eaten them). Understandably, I have been craving spaghetti like mad but all tomatoes must be fresh due to possible mold and (perhaps more concentrated sugars?).
Does anyone have a recipe for a fresh spaghetti-style sauce that would be suitable? Thank you! Re: Fresh Tomato Sauce? (no sun-dried tomatoes)

Date: June 12, 2015 11:40PM I like to use roma tomatoes ('guts' scooped out, or else the sauce will be too wet), red bell peppers, a little garlic, pinch of salt+pepper and some italian seasoning (ok, not sure if that's 100% raw, but it is organic). I just blend it up in the food processor and it makes a rather tasty pasta sauce I like a whole lot Re: Fresh Tomato Sauce? (no sun-dried tomatoes)

Date: June 30, 2015 04:30PM I make tomato Sauce all the time with & without sun-dried tomatoes.
Tomatoes (blend or chop 1st) 1 Garlic clove Bell Pepper, chopped Green Beans, chopped Tsp Kelp powder or Dash Sea Salt Optional: Cilantro, Olive Oil Without sun-dried tomatoes, I just chop everything altogether in my mini chopper (I make salads too this way). You can add hemp or almond butter for a different variation. I usually like that with cayenne powder. chopper: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005MF97/ref=nosim?tag=help0576-20 Simple Raw Recipes & Health Tips Re: Fresh Tomato Sauce? (no sun-dried tomatoes)
