my dad has just moved in w us and he's been cooking his version of "healthy" foods for us (very sweet of him but i feel like garbage from eating it all week long, ugh.) so i'm beyond ready to make something fabulous and freshly raw to wow him and to reaffirm for the kids that mommy's healthy food prep is the best. this seems like a winner to me!
