kids and adults at my table tonight could NOT tell the difference between this almonnaise and the real deal. seriously, dead on. i'm going to make mock tuna and mushroom "egg" salad now, never could get it quite right before.

it's in this list here, the rest of the recipes don't look half bad either!

cool, what have you made from there? gimme a review!

i'm almost finished the zuchini pasta with creamy alfredo sauce and pinenut parmesan from her site. just softening the zuc w a bit of salt and oil marinade that i'll rinse off w warm water before tossing in the sauce. marinated some green beans to have w it too and got a lovely salad on the go w fresh corn as well. gonna show that papa what i can do in the kitchen. he's been making pie and cooking in there for hours every day, i can barely get a smoothie on the go!
