Asian Spinach salad, recipe link and pics!

Date: July 31, 2009 01:04AM This was delicious, really incredibly tasty. I had it over cooked quinoa but once I've got some sprouted I'll try it again with them. It would be terrific on a bed of greens though, or all on it's own.
[thesunnyrawkitchen.blogspot.com] recipe halfway down the page. I changed it a bit, added portobellos with the white button mushrooms, red onion, orange bell pepper, a bit of sesame oil (not raw, the toasted kind) and sesame seeds. My *sad* dad loved it
