Date: August 09, 2009 10:38PM Hi Everyone,
I'm going to a blackberry festival and have been asked to bring something 'raw.' Sofar I've made blackberry crumble which tastes pretty good. I've found I can't put blackberries in the blender because they become gritty (seeds.) Any innovative ideas out there? Thanks! Margie Re: I need a blackberry recipe!

Date: August 19, 2009 08:23PM You can purchase mesh strainers that are fine enough to remove the seeds. You could blend them first and then push the blended blackberries thru the strainer using a spoon. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
