What's everyone's favorite? I have not done a blended smoothie yet but I have done one type of blended salad which I love! Red leaf lettuce, red or green pepper, cucumber, and alvacado. I eat it with celery. :-)

I saw a recipe for "Luau Salad" on goneraw.com. It has minced cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper, green onion, mango, celery and macadamia nuts. Then add black and white sesame seeds, sea salt, fresh dill, lime juice, pinch cayenne, sesame or olive oil, and raw peanuts. Toss with chopped romaine and spinach. I didn't have al of the ingredients to make it, but the photo on that site looks great.
