Yummy Avocado Boats

Hello again!

I love to give out recipes, so here is my favorite snack (which I often have for a meal). I personally made it when I was trying to come up with a way to make my own pico de gallo. I used to buy it at the store, but figured it would be much better and cheaper if I made it on my own.

Let me know how it goes for you!

Avocado with Pico de Gallo Recipe

Pico de Gallo
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 big white onion
1/2 small lemon (squeezed)
1/2 red jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon salt to taste (your preference)

Avocados
however many you want! (I personally ate 4 avocado boats, heheheee)

It’s totally simple, extremely fast. Anyone could make it and it’s intensely satisfying. Just put the pico de gallo ingredients in the food processor and let it rip! Leave it as chunky as you want. Then just serve in 1/2 avocados.

It is my ULTIMATE favorite recipe EVER. I would eat this for days when I lived in Texas and I was first starting out on the raw diet. If it weren’t for these little guys (I call them “yummy avocado love boats”), I don’t know what I would have done.

Hope you enjoy it! Check out my website for more recipes and photos. The link is in my signature.

We make ours with those ingredients but lime instead of lemon and half of a chopped cucumber! We're also doing a raw challenge but ours is 100 days, but most likely a lifetime as we love it already !
