Can anyone recommend a good raw cookbook? I already have the "uncook" book by juliano, anything a little more mellow? thanks!

yes i know of a great cookbook that really inspired me. it's called "raw food real world" by matthew kenney and sarma melngailis. i am new to raw foods and found their recipes quite easy!

I heartily recommend "The Raw Gourmet" by Nomi Shannon.
Excellent easy-to-prepare recipes and mouth-watering, inspiring photographs.

Raw Foods Made Easy is my favorite cookbook right now. Simple, tasty recipes and not a lot of equipment needed.

I can't figure out why Alissa's book is not for sale in stores? I did hear it is a goodie. I sure wish I found out this answer as asked around other groups and no answers yet.
