Such a thing as a tasty blended salad?

Date: November 13, 2010 11:33AM Hi all,
I recently started eating more raw foods. I started with green smoothies. After some initial trials, I was able to produce a healthy and filling fruit vegetable blend The key for me was a 70/30 ratio of fruit to vegetable. Non-fat plain yogurt also helped immensely. I want to go all the way and create blended salad. I'm not a vegetable fan and also not much of a cook though, so it will not be easy. Has anyone found a good mix of ingredients for an enjoyable blended salad? Thanks Re: Such a thing as a tasty blended salad?

Celery Tomato Soup 1 large or 2 sm Tomato 2-3 Celery Stalks 4-8 oz Orange juice Garlic Water (or more juice/tomato) Cucumber Soup 1 Cucumber 2-4 cups Greens ½-1 Avocado Cilantro, Parsley or Scallion 1-2 Garlic cloves ½ tsp Salt 4 cups Water Optional: Lemon Juice Simple Raw Recipes & Health Tips Re: Such a thing as a tasty blended salad?
