Date: September 10, 2006 10:33PM Hi, a courgette (or zucchini in US) is normally refered to as a marrow once it gets big and round. They are best when they are uniform in thickness. You could still try and make some zucchini pasta out of them, but not sure if they will have any strange after taste of something (I'm not sure why people don't like marrows much, although I've never eaten one).
Cheers. Re: courgettes
