Bragg Liquid Aminos

Hello all : I hope this message finds you well.
there isn't any bragg liquid Amino in this part of the world ,and I need this ingrediant for making vegetarian recipes ,can I make bragg liquid Amino myself.any one knows the combination of Bragg Liquid Amino? or do you suggest any substitutable ingrediant.

Might as well just use soy sauce, it's just as "healthy".

Actually, soy sauce may be more "healthy" than braggs. Sad but true.

It has naturally occuring MSG in it, no? Not that I think there is that much wrong with naturally occuring MSG, it is seaweed derived after all. But if you are sensitive to it...

Yeah, let's really break this down. If something has glutamic acid, it's NOT the same as lab-created MSG, no? I keep hearing this stuff about both Bragg's and sea veggies and I think we need to differentiate between them...Actually, my local Whole Foods really upped the price on Bragg's and I tried Trader Joe's soy sauce, which was really pure and from Japan (had wheat). I prefer Bragg's. The flavor isn't as strong. Not as much sodium, either.
