Date: January 27, 2011 03:51AM It doesn't have to be a long thin veggie, I have done beets lots of times and they turn out great. Most managable sized chunks will do, the instructions should have a list of which work best, if not check online. Date: February 06, 2011 08:12PM Eggplant is a bit soft. Sweet potato gets funky where you cut it, maybe you could soak it in water and lemon juice before serving to keep it from browning. Avocado would never work, that's just silly.

I'll tell you what an avacado is when you tell me what's a "SpirUlizer" is. I have a SpirAlizer that I use to make raw pasta.
