Recipe for tomato paste

Using the skins of tomatoes that might otherwise be wasted. This would work with tomato pulp from juiced tomatoes as well.
Tomato paste is great for thickening recipes and making flavourful dishes like soup, stew, chili and ketchup,lasagna, pasta, pizza, etc. Way cheaper than using sundried tomatoes too!

I've been doing this for a long time. You dont need to stop at the skins, I just chop and dehydrate whatever tomatoes are about to go off before I can use them.
And if you do the same exact thing with berries, and add a little bit of sweet, you have the best jam ever.
