Date: October 04, 2011 03:56PM I've been doing this for a long time. You dont need to stop at the skins, I just chop and dehydrate whatever tomatoes are about to go off before I can use them.
And if you do the same exact thing with berries, and add a little bit of sweet, you have the best jam ever. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
