Here is a recipe off the top of my head: 2 cups soaked sunflower seeds 1 medium tomato 1 red, orange, or yellow bell pepper (deseeded) 1/4 c.lime or lemon juice. 1/4 c. fresh herbs of your choice like parsley, cilantro, basil, etc. 1/2 c. diced celery 2-4 T. of fresh orange juice for a bit of sweetness (optional) Blend the first four ingredients. Add water if needed for desired consistency. Then mix in the fresh herbs, and diced celery. Let us know how it works for you! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
