Date: December 01, 2011 01:46PM I'm really loving this smoothie recipe right now:
3 bananas 1 pink dragon fruit, frozen water Blend and devour, adding as much water as you like. Having the dragon fruit frozen makes it really frothy and creamy like a milkshake! Swayze [www.fitonraw.com] Re: Favorite Fast & Easy Meals (< 5 minutes, < 5 ingredients)

Date: December 01, 2011 06:33PM I wish I could taste a dragon fruit. I think I did see one once in a Korean shop in Chicago. I didn't know what it was or how to use it. Maybe I'll check it out this weekend! Re: Favorite Fast & Easy Meals (< 5 minutes, < 5 ingredients)

Date: December 01, 2011 06:39PM They don't have a lot of flavour actually, sort of like a cross between a watery watermelon and an even more watery kiwi fruit. I think their appeal is in the way they look more than anything. Certainly not worth the cost or the air pollution it takes to fly them halfway around the world to me .
Fave 5 minute meal = mixed greens, avo smashed in, chopped cucumber, sprouts if I've got some on the go, splash oil and vinegar (I prefer apple cider vinegar to citrus these days, it can be made locally instead of flown to me from afar. I really try to avoid things that come from out of my area wherever possible). Re: Favorite Fast & Easy Meals (< 5 minutes, < 5 ingredients)

Date: December 04, 2011 10:31PM my go-to breakfast or sweet tooth meal: 1 mashed banana, chopped apple, cinnamon, chia seeds, flax seed meal, raw cacao nibs, chopped nuts(i've been using walnuts), dates, water)
it's so filling and delicious! "pasta": peeled zucchini tossed with olive oil, garlic, and sometimes i'll put in some avocado and spinach idk what this is but it's good : walnuts and or almonds, pitted dates, little bit of water, and either cinnamon, cacao nibs or powder, raw coconut...blend it all up in a blender and enjoy!
