mmm... nori rolls!

Hi all,

I received my first order of raw organic nori rolls this morning, and at 10pm tonight I decided to roll up some stuff I had in the fridge. Here's how it went:

celery
carrot
peach
cucumber
...all thinly sliced, and
hemp seeds
sea vegetable flakes
coconut aminos

Next time I'll probably mash up an avocado (but leave out the peach cos fruit doesn't digest well with fats). I'm waiting on some broccoli seeds to sprout so I'll add some of them too. I think pineapple would be really nice, maybe black pepper too.

Any other suggestions for nori roll fillings?

I take the left over pulp from my almond milk and mix it with ginger, garlic and lemon and roll it up with veggies.

I love Nori Rolls. I put anything in them. Nut pate, kraut, greens carrots tomatoes. At the moment I do not have a roller so they are all croooked. I have to watch myself. I have binged on nori sheets before so I try to make rolls with them not wasted.
