a lot of people on this board i have found are very anal about the proper food combos (no offense raw goodie two shoes people).

I try not to combine sweets with nuts, but sometimes i get these sweet cravings that i can't help to avoid.

dates or figs with nut butters are super yummie. oooh, baby. A banana with nut butter is also yummie. I try not to eat this all the time because it goes against the "laws" of proper food combining, but when I feel like I really need something sweet it is much better then eating a donut time buttermilk donut (this was my favorite pre raw sweet sin).

Hi, for people starting out, I reccomend eating MOSTLY fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, dont concern yourself with all the other stuff. fresh produce can be found at your local supermarket.
