Can't get away from bottled dressings!

Can anyone offer a similar tasting dressing to Ranch or Creamy Italian? I just can't seem to move away from the bottled version. The raw ones just aren't working yet for me.

Here's an oil-free vinagrette from Renee Loux Underkoffler (who I think is or was Woody Harrelson's personal raw chef):

OIL-FREE VINAGRETTE

1 c. diced tomatoes
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. nama shoyu [or wheat-free tamari]
1 T. white miso
1 T. raw honey or maple syrup [which is cooked]
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. basil
Pinch sun-dried sea salt, or to taste
Fresh black pepper to taste

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Store in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator.

Oh, and here's a Creamy Italian dressing from John Laren:

CREAMY ITALIAN DRESSING

1/4 c. nama shoyu
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh basil
3/4 c. raw apple cider [vinegar? -- not sure!]
1/4 c. fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. granulated kelp
2 bell peppers, chopped [not the unripe green ones though!]
2 T. nutritional yeast
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. dulse flakes

Blend all ingredients together with 2 cups water until creamy.
