Miso-less, salt-less raw vegan bouillon?

Does anyone have a recipe for a truly raw vegan vegetable bouillon?

Nope but I did dehydrate and powder tomato skins when we were canning last fall and they are very flavourful. You could experiment with other dehydrated veggies, celery is high in sodium, lemon peel is a good substitute for salt as well. Bell peppers, carrots, onion and garlic are all very flavourful. You'd have to mix and match until you got just what you were after. Please post a recipe if you come up with something good!

Thanks, Coco! Sorry for delay in responding; I started a new great job (permanent, finally!!), and have done a lot of unpaid overtime so far <g>.

I'll have to give this a try. It'll take some time, but if I come up with a "recipe", I'll post back.
