If you're having back problems, try Celery. It's shaped like the spine because it's the best for the spine. The White part, like cleanliness, is the best part. They call it the heart, I don't know why. It's filthy!!

If you're still having back problems after Celery, it's because you have calcification/arthritis or dehydrating disks.

First, for Calcification, you should drink Pau D'Arco Tea to kiss your Calcification Goodbye.

If it's cartrlidge, drink Alfalfa.

If it is dehydration, add Lemons to your diet, and stop being too lazy to drink plenty of water.

So the two greens here are Celery and Alfalfa!
Pau D'Arco is brown, and it's a must for EVERY tea drinker!
Mix Alfalfa tea with Pau'D Arco to kiss Arthritis goodbye.

How do you consume tea on a raw food diet? I know it's possible and a lot of people do it, I just personally don't know how or what the best techniques are.
