My favorite Raw Chickpea Salad

Mix 1 can of chickpeas into a bowl.
Dice and mix in, 1 cooking onion and 1 clove of garlic (or leave out the garlic)
Add some fresh or dried basil or dehydrated spinish, flaked.


It's fresh and so delicious.!! I eat it once a week. I find it helps keep my feet
and hands warm. (I have poor circulation + Low iron.)
