Date: February 27, 2015 09:42PM Not a recipe, but I love to toss my raw noodles with cherry tomatoes, pulsed to a salsa consistency, fresh basil, a pinch of salt, and an avocado. Sometimes a bit of minced garlic, too, sometimes not.
Honestly, I am on the search for the same. Sometimes I'm in the mood for denser foods, or something a little more nostalgic. Re: Looking for a killer tomato sauce and ketchup recipe

Date: February 28, 2015 05:53AM Replace your tomatoes with soaked raw organic sun dried tomatoes ( NOT the ones that are wet packed in jars) and add lots of fresh herbs and spices. Blend to a tomato paste consistency. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Re: Looking for a killer tomato sauce and ketchup recipe

If even 1/2 of your ingredients are veggies you've dehydrated and reconstituted you can pretty much replicate any cooked sauce. The flavors deepen that much.
