Chickpea Paste with Vegetables

Raw Chickpea Paste with Carrot, Sweet Pepper, Parsley and Sweet Onion




INGREDIENTS

Chickpea 150 g
Carrot 300 g (2 pc.)
Sweet pepper 100 g (1 pc.)
Red sweet onion 50 g (1/2 pc.)
Apple 100 g (1 pc.)
Lemon 150 g (1 pc.)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Parsley 20 g (1/2 of bunch)
Marrow (green squash) 200 g (1 pc.)


METHOD


1. Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water.

2. Take previously soaked chickpea, green squash, carrot, sweet pepper, apple, lemon, sweet onion, garlic, parsley.


3. Cut into pieces randomly carrots, apples, sweet peppers, peel the garlic and lemon.


4. Blend in high-speed chopped carrots, apples, peppers, lemon and garlic until smooth. Add the soaked chickpeas and blend again until smooth paste state.


5. Chop finely sweet onion and parsley and add to the paste of chickpea. Mix all ingredients.


6. Put chickpeas paste on a slice marrow or wrap chickpeas paste in marrow rolls.

Shouldn't the chickpeas be sprouted first, not just soaked?
