Sauce or Ceaser Dressing recipies?

Date: January 08, 2007 07:17PM Hi, Anyone know of any "Stew" or like General TSO sauce type recipie? Something I could mix in chopped vegetables with and make like a vegeatable stew but with a raw type sauce? So far the only thing I've found online is recipes for tomato sauce and not really what I'm looking for.
And Ceaser Salad Dressings? Raw eggs and not 100% raw is fine.. Re: Sauce or Ceaser Dressing recipies?

Date: January 17, 2007 06:54AM Here's what I do for Caesar dressing:
In the blender: Couple cloves of garlic About 2-3 tablespoons fresh red onion About 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of barley miso 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 cup olive oil a few raw cashews Pepper to taste 1-2 raw green olives Whizz all that up and you'll have a rich creamy garlicky dressing that tastes like Caesar dressing. Date: February 09, 2007 02:11AM I just made a fantastic Ceasar salad I found on "from sad to raw." It was very simple too. I used an all natural non raw dijon mustard instead. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
