Date: February 02, 2007 12:52AM well-uncookbooks i should say.I got "dining in the raw"...interesting ideas and recipes and alot to choose from.some vegan stuff and some healthy cooks soups...?i got "eat smart, eat raw"by kate wood.simple and easy to follow and what i really like about this book is the fact that it has the calorie, fat and protein and fiber break down for each serving for the recipes.I have been drooling over "raw-the uncookbook"by Juliano.it has some really pretty pictures in this book.i am excited to try some of this food.i am on vacation this next week.i will be alone and can experiment.has anyone tried any of the recipes from these books? if so-what is your favorite recipe.thanks taylor Re: cookbooks
