Any recipes for an ice cream maker?

Date: February 16, 2007 09:53PM I guess I should clarify this....I want to make my own ice cream using something other than cow's milk or soy. Any raw recipes out there for ice cream makers? I am thinking possibly nut milk or something like that...

I've not made a batch of icecream in a while, but from memory here's what I was putting in (I don't remember the amounts). Vanilla icecream: - 2 inches of vanilla been. - cashew nuts - flesh of young coconut - agrave nector - a tiny pinch of salt - some water from a young coconut. Blend all together, taste, pop it in the icecream maker, try not to finish it all at once. Cheers, Ian. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
