What IS Bragg's made of, really? It says it's made out of soybeans and water and that's it, and maybe I'm ignorant but in my opinion there's no way those two ingredients could make something so salty-tasting. Is there? And is it raw? I'm really skeptical about this stuff.

I believe it is fermented and becomes so salty with that process. I would really like to know the answer too. This topic could be on the main forum, I believe.

If it has soy in it, I really doubt it's raw.
